PREMIUM ADDITIVE is used for baking a wide range of wheat bread products. It has high quality and is very economical. It increases bread volume and ensures favorable bread appearance. It improves crumb structure and prolongs freshness, and due to stabilizing final growth it speeds and facilitates the process of production. It does not necessitate changes in production technology.
