Our Baking Mix is used for baking pastries.
Owing to the up-to-date production process it is a wonderful substitute
for natural eggs, powdered eggs and liquid eggs.
USE:
The mix is used in retail and industrial production
for making pastries of the following kinds: short, hard, semi-puff, short
pastry bases/coverings (cheesecakes, apple pies), all sorts of leavened
pastries (e.g. sweet buns, yeast cakes), wafers. In addition it is also
used for making convenience food products such as dumplings (pyzy, kluski),
pierogi (dough pockets with filling), pancakes and deep-frozen dough
products.
1 kg of the baking mix substitutes for approx. 90-100 eggs.
The mix is not recommended for making sponge cakes, and for spreading
and beating.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
The baking mix should be used just like natural eggs
in the production process: 1 portion of the mix for 3 portions of lukewarm
water. |
