It is a 10% yogurt cake concentrate which allows to maintain stable quality at low costs. FRESH JOGI has a delicate yogurt aroma and its fluffy structure resembles home-made cake. It remains fresh up to 21 days after baking.
Recipe suggestions:

BABKA
- 100 g of FRESH JOGI 10%
- 400 g sugar
- 500 g flour 550 or 500
- 550 g eggs
- 400 g oil
- 100 g water
Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 7 minutes at medium revolutions, bake at 180ºC for approx. 45 minutes.

CAKE WITH CHERRIES
- 100 g of FRESH JOGI 10%
- 400 g sugar
- 500 g flour 550 or 500
- 500 g eggs
- 400 g oil
- 100 g water.
Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 5 minutes at medium revolutions, bake at 180ºC for approx. 45 minutes.

CAKE WITH FRUIT AND SHORTCRUST PASTRY
- 100 g of FRESH JOGI 10%
- 400 g sugar
- 500 g flour 550 or 500
- 350 g eggs
- 400 g oil 100 g water.
Preparation: machine-beat all the ingredients for approx. 3-5 minutes, pour the mass into a baking pan, put fruit on top and sprinkle KRUCHMIX shortcrust. Bake at 170ºC for approx. 55 minutes.
