TIRAMISU cake concentrate is a superb base for babkas and other cakes of truly Italian aroma and taste.
Recipe suggestions:

TIRAMISU DESSERTBase ingredients:
- 100g FRESH - TIRAMISU 10%
- 400g sugar
- 500g flour
- 350g eggs
- 400g oil
- 100g water
Cream ingredients:
- 250g of TIRAMISU PUDDING CREAM
- 100g sugar
- 500g water
- 150g eggs
- 750g cottage cheese
Preparation: beat all the dough ingredients together for approx. 5-7 minutes at medium revolutions, add R3 COCOA to half the dough, pour the dough into a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Then spread the previously prepared cheese mass and bake at 160oC for approx. 25 minutes.

TIRAMISU WITH CHERRIES AND SHORTCRUST
- 100g FRESH - TIRAMISU 10%
- 400g sugar
- 500g flour
- 350g eggs
- 400g oil
- 100g water
Preparation: machine-beat all the ingredients for approx. 3 minutes, pour the mass into a baking pan, put fruit on top and sprinkle KRUCHMIX shortcrust. Bake at 170oC for approx. 55 minutes.
