FRESH MIX BABKA CONCENTRATE 10%

It is a very good spongecake-and-oil concentrate for baking sand babkas. It has won many a client with its wonderful taste and delicate structure. It allows to maintain stable quality at relatively low costs.

Recipe suggestions:

  1. RECIPE I – SAND BABKA
    • 100g of FRESH MIX CONCETRATE 10%
    • 400g sugar
    • 500g flour 550 or 500
    • 500g eggs
    • 400g oil
    • 100g water

    Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 7 minutes at medium revolutions, bake at 180ºC for approx. 45 minutes.

  2. RECIPE II – SAND BABKA (round baking pan)
    • 100g of FRESH MIX CONCETRATE 10%
    • 400g sugar
    • 500g flour 550 or 500
    • 550g eggs
    • 400g oil
    • 100g water.

    Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 5 minutes at medium revolutions, bake at 180ºC for approx. 45 minutes.

  3. RECIPE III – SAND BABKA
    • 100g of FRESH MIX CONCETRATE 10%
    • 400g sugar
    • 500g flour 550 or 500
    • 500g eggs
    • 400g margarine 80%
    • 100g water

    Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 7 minutes at medium revolutions, bake at 180ºC for approx. 45 minutes.
