It is a very good spongecake-and-oil concentrate for baking sand babkas. It has won many a client with its wonderful taste and delicate structure. It allows to maintain stable quality at relatively low costs.
Recipe suggestions:

RECIPE I – SAND BABKA
- 100g of FRESH MIX CONCETRATE 10%
- 400g sugar
- 500g flour 550 or 500
- 500g eggs
- 400g oil
- 100g water
Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 7 minutes at medium revolutions, bake at 180ºC for approx. 45 minutes.

RECIPE II – SAND BABKA (round baking pan)
- 100g of FRESH MIX CONCETRATE 10%
- 400g sugar
- 500g flour 550 or 500
- 550g eggs
- 400g oil
- 100g water.
Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 5 minutes at medium revolutions, bake at 180ºC for approx. 45 minutes.

- 100g of FRESH MIX CONCETRATE 10%
- 400g sugar
- 500g flour 550 or 500
- 500g eggs
- 400g margarine 80%
- 100g water
Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 7 minutes at medium revolutions, bake at 180ºC for approx. 45 minutes.
