| CZOKI CHOCOLATE CAKE |

CZOKI is a chocolate cake of great flavor and aroma and of wonderfully brown color. It can be used to make traditional spongecake-and-oil babkas, as well as other cakes that can widen a confectioner’s and baker’s range of products.

RECIPE I – BABKA
- 1000 g of CZOKI
- 450 g eggs
- 400 g oil
- 200g water

RECIPE II – BABKA WITH NUTS AND RAISINS
- 1000 g of CZOKI
- 450 g eggs
- 400 g oil
- 100 g water
Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 5-7 minutes at medium revolutions, bake at 180ºC for approx. 45 minutes, set the oven door ajar.

RECIPE III – FRUIT CAKE
- 1000 g of CZOKI
- 350 g eggs
- 450 g oil
- 100 g water
Preparation: beat all the ingredients together for approx. 5 minutes at medium revolutions, pour the dough into a baking tray and put fruit of choice on top, bake at 170ºC for approx. 60 minutes.
