BIT MIX – WHIPPED CREAM

BIT MIX is a whipped cream of fluffy and delicate structure. It is characterized by a very large volume increase and a natural taste. After whipping it maintains fresh and stable consistence for a long time, without drying and yellowing effects. It mixes well with alcohol and with other creams. It is resistant to freezing.

Recipe suggestions:

  1. RECIPE I
    • 1000 g cool water (boiled, temperature approx. 15 ºC)
    • 500 g of BIT MIX

    Preparation: beat all the ingredients together to reach uniform consistence. Beating time approx. 6 minutes.

  2. RECIPE II
    • 1000 g cool water (boiled, temperature approx.15 ºC)
    • 500 g of BIT MIX, 100 g oil

    Preparation: first beat the mix with water, add oil towards the end to avoid drying. Beating time approx. 6 minutes.

  3. RECIPE III
    • 1000 g cool water (boiled, temperature approx.15 ºC)
    • 500 g of BIT MIX
    • 200 g of KREM PRIMA

    Preparation: beat all the ingredients together to reach uniform consistence. Beating time approx. 6 minutes.
