| BIT MIX – WHIPPED CREAM |

BIT MIX is a whipped cream of fluffy and delicate structure. It is characterized by a very large volume increase and a natural taste. After whipping it maintains fresh and stable consistence for a long time, without drying and yellowing effects. It mixes well with alcohol and with other creams. It is resistant to freezing.

RECIPE I
- 1000 g cool water (boiled, temperature approx. 15 ºC)
- 500 g of BIT MIX
Preparation: beat all the ingredients together to reach uniform consistence. Beating time approx. 6 minutes.

- 1000 g cool water (boiled, temperature approx.15 ºC)
- 500 g of BIT MIX, 100 g oil
Preparation: first beat the mix with water, add oil towards the end to avoid drying. Beating time approx. 6 minutes.

- 1000 g cool water (boiled, temperature approx.15 ºC)
- 500 g of BIT MIX
- 200 g of KREM PRIMA
Preparation: beat all the ingredients together to reach uniform consistence. Beating time approx. 6 minutes.
